Purpose of this charter
This charter sets out, in plain terms, what you can expect from Harikrushna Investment as your mutual fund distributor, what your rights are as an investor, and what we expect from you so that we can serve you properly. It is aligned with the investor charter principles issued for mutual fund distribution.

Services we provide
- Distribution of mutual fund schemes as an AMFI registered distributor holding ARN-69388.
- Assistance with KYC, folio creation, nomination and bank mandate registration.
- Execution support for purchase, SIP, switch, redemption, STP and SWP requests.
- Consolidated statements and periodic portfolio reviews.
- Distribution and servicing of insurance products through licensed insurers.
- Support during transmission of units to nominees or legal heirs.
Your rights as an investor
- To receive suitable, unbiased information about the products presented to you, including their risks.
- To be told the commission structure applicable to any product before you invest, on request.
- To receive copies of all documents you sign and all statements relating to your holdings.
- To hold all investments in your own name, with a nomination registered.
- To be treated fairly and without discrimination, and to have your information kept confidential.
- To decline any product without pressure, and to receive service on existing holdings regardless.
- To raise a complaint and have it addressed within a defined timeline, with a clear escalation route.

What we ask of you
- Provide complete and accurate information in KYC and proposal forms, including health disclosures.
- Read the scheme information document, key information memorandum and policy wording before investing.
- Register a nominee for every folio and policy, and keep it updated.
- Keep your contact details, bank details and residential status current with us and with the fund houses.
- Never pay in cash, and never transfer investment funds to any individual's personal account.
- Never share passwords, OTPs or transaction PINs with anyone, including our staff.
- Deal only with our authorised representatives and insist on a receipt or acknowledgement.
Do's and don'ts
- Do insist on an explanation of the risk in a product before the returns.
- Do check that the beneficiary of every payment is the AMC, insurer or issuer.
- Do preserve all statements, policy documents and acknowledgements.
- Don't invest on the basis of an assured or guaranteed return promised for a market-linked product — no such assurance is permissible.
- Don't sign a blank or incomplete form.
- Don't act on unsolicited investment tips received on messaging apps or social media.
Grievance route
Complaints may be sent to info@harikrushnainvestment.com or made on +91 98792 80192. If you are not satisfied with our response, the escalation route through the asset management company, AMFI, SEBI SCORES, the insurer's grievance cell, IRDAI Bima Bharosa and the Insurance Ombudsman is set out on our Grievance Redressal page.
